Name, email address, phone number, company name, role, and password (stored hashed). We collect this when you sign up, log in, or are invited to a company workspace.

Trips, driver assignments, vehicles, members, addresses, schedules, and documents that you or your team upload to operate your transportation business.

c. Usage and device data

IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, timestamps, and similar technical information collected through standard server logs.

d. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

  • Brokers and integrations: if you connect your account to a broker via our API, trip data flows to that broker as required by your business relationship.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
